2. BOOKING DEPOSIT
We will secure your booking once we have received a 50% deposit.
Kindly settle the 50% deposit to account below to continue booking process. *We are not responsible for any bank transfer and PayPal charges.
To ensure the correct transfer amount in your currency, we suggest that you use the currency converter. Our prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and need to be converted to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation with 100% refunds can be made within 10 days
Cancellation made within less than 5 days will be charged 50% of the total price
Cancellation made within less than 3 days will be charged 30% of the total price
Cancellation made within less than 24 hours will be charged in full for the total price

It is mandatory for you to possess your own international travel insurance prior to your arrival. Rinjani Seekers is not responsible for any loss, severe injuries that require further medical treatments, accidents including death, and those that are beyond our control.
